2023 CBH Cooperative Annual Meeting Information

CBH Cooperative's 65th Annual Meeting

Thank you all for your attendance. CBH appreciates your engagement.


This year’s Annual Meeting will take place at 2:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn and Convention Center in Spearfish, SD. The meeting will be followed by cocktails, dinner, and entertainment.

Voting will take place by either mail-in ballot, or you can cast your vote in-person at the annual meeting. If you are a voting member, please keep an eye on your mailbox starting mid-December. You can expect your meeting notice, ballot, and return envelope to be included (the envelope will note "BALLOT ENCLOSED" in bold, red letters). Ballots must be returned, either by mail or by dropping them off, at our central office at 2030 Main Street, Sturgis, SD no later than January 19, 2023.
